About Our Owner
Dr. Jyoti Prakash Das is the proprietor of Phoenix India Research & Development Group. He is a scholar and the most efficient personality in Indian Bio-Gas history. He has a wide experience spanning over 8 years in the field of Renewable energy. Before he touched the door of his passionate success he went through a long struggling journey. He did his Post graduation in Botany from Kolkata University. He was the General Secretary of Indian Chamber of Commerce in the year 2003 He completed his doctorate degree from Gujrat University under the guidance respected Sardar Gulab Bhai Patel, the younger brother of Yesu Bhai Patel. He wrote a thesis on Biomass and Bio Gasification which was completed in 2008. In the year 2009 he joined Indian Bio-Gas Association (IBA).
Dr. Das marked his excellence in the field of academics. He joined as a lecturer in Gayatri Bhawan memorial College in 2011. Then he joined as a lecturer in West Bengal Renewable Energy College. He wrote a book named "Bapu's Vision and My Introspection and Research work on Indian Renewable Energy” which got the best Seller Award from Germany on Renewable Science in 2011.
In growing recognition and acknowledgement of his role in the Renewable Energy sector Dr. Jyoti Prakash Das has been appointed as the Regional Head of Eastern division by IBA. He has also been elected as the sole representatives from West Bengal at the World Bio-Gas Summit held in New Delhi.
